For me #1 is tied with black light and cg speed wipe, they both smell incredible lol
third would be dodo juice purple haze
fuzion smells good, not a crazy smell, just kind of pure
Lava smells great, fruity? v7 smells great -> Citrus
 
Hard to pick, but the Pinnacle car wash smells incredibly good.
 
Dodo Juice Red Mist Tropical. Makes me thirsty for fruit punch just thinking of it.

Carpro Eraser. Smells just like Air Spence Squash.

Runner up is almost anything Meguiars. There scent department is top notch.
 
wolfgang auto bathe is a great bubble gum
hean killr stripper scent is awesome too, and if you like green apple their odor eater green apple is awesome, I scent my car with it every 2 weeks :D
also citrus wash and clear has the most addictive smell..
 
Dg901 is#1 for me with runner up going to CG Stripper scent
 
rainforest rub is awesome too, its supposed to smell like watermelon but to it doesnt to me, just a great mildly fruity / tropical smell, just broke it out just to smell it for this lol
 
CG cherry air freshener, D151, Megs UWW, and Megs Hyper dressing
 
IronX........ oh the sweet smell of ...... ehhhh jk.....

I don't believe I have a favorite, never thought about it from this respect so here are some notables in my inventory:

- Dodo Juice Light Fantastic; soft and clean aroma
- Mother's California Gold Wash and Wax; bubble gum but not childish bubble gum, addicting
- Mother's California Gold Paste Wax; very close to Dodo but with a fresh kick
- Duragloss 901; light strawberry, not overpowering
- Pinnacle Liquid Souveran; aroma gives a sense of class
- CarPro PERL & Optimum Spray Wax; oozes clean and durable
