i have heard using regular microfibers can take off too much wax when its fresh

Negative. Just use a quality microfiber towel that won't scratch the paint.

My favorite towel for removing waxes is Megs' Ultimate Wipe. I understand that AG's Arctic White is very similar.

I've been using Cobra's Indigo or Gold Plush towels and they're pretty nice. In the past I bought some From Adams Polishes and they were much better than I could find locally but don't compare to the ones made by Cobra.

when removing wax go over the area nice and easy dont rub like a mad man then your going to remove to much. i wipe overe thearea . then a go back a few minute later and give it a second wipe.. works nicely

I find a medium pile super soft towel works best. Some actually seem too thick and soft for waxes, so something like a Miracle Towel usually works quick, safely, and well too.

300 gram to350 gram towelis nice.these 700 gram towels just are tofluffy and arent goodfor removing wax. but there nice to cuddle with though :xyxthumbs:

I've always used cotton towels for wax and sealant removal. Old habits die hard. I also go over the car with an Flex orbital with a soft pad and a cotton bonnet after about two hours.

if it works use what ur comfortable with thats whay i do.

I've been trying different towels to remove wax/sealant. For WOWO products I have been using the short nap side of the 530's/jr's or equivalent. For dry removal I use the longer pile on the other side.

I like the 530's as well. Short nap side for removal, the long side for a final wipe. :xyxthumbs:

Plus a whole bunch of linting. :(

I haven't had much of an issue with linting. If I try to remove something like excess compound residue, which is very "grabby", it will leave lint behind. As far as removing a buttery soft wax like Fuzion, Souveran or Max Wax, etc. I've never noticed a fiber of lint left behind. I must mention that I am extremely conservative in the use of my Cobra MF's, only using them on the cleanest of surfaces, for the lightest of duty's.

:iagree:with cotton towels to remove wax, but by hand for me.

I had linting issues with some C brand towels, some right away (yellow) and some after a year or so of use. Some folks on another forum recommended Pak Shack towels and so far so good. But I've only had them a few weeks.
