So as of late I haven't got the chance to post as much. I'm in the heart of busy season and have been going crazy and I apologize for the absence.

That being said after a long back and forth discussion and debates we have found another property and will be moving.

No worries as we are staying in the same little town of Rochester Ma and only a few miles away.

The best part is it's on 6 acres with a decent 1700sqft house and the best part is a 40x60 Morton building with 4 horse stalls already in the back of the building.

The plan is to pour a 6in 30x40 slab and put up a dividing wall to separate my shop from my wife's horses. We will install a drain, electrical etc etc and I'll finally have my ideal shop!!!

Closing date is June 30th and we will begin moving that day.

WOW!

What a nice property, Justin.

I wish you guys the best with it! :)

Good luck with the move, the new property looks great. I moved on 31 Jan, the settlement for our old hose and the new one were on the same day, so we had to empty the old house completely before getting access the new one. We hired a container, a truck, and a pick-up with a trailer. I have a pedometer app in my phone, it recorded over 30,000 steps on the day of the move. On the plus side I lost over 20 pounds during the move.

Once again, good luck, and while it can be stressful, it's so worth it in the end.

Dave.

Congrats! Beautiful grounds and the building will make a dream detailing shop.
