It really is amazing that these guys have been in business for SO long, and still make mistakes like this. I can't believe they stay in business. One great thing about it...is that their shop is my biggest customer, ha. I get more customers from them than anyone else. Just a matter of time until this work ethic starts biting them in the ass.

Great job ! I'm glad she was thrilled and got to see how a real detailer works.

We have a "detail" shop around here that is part of a drive through (BRUSH) carwash. Their "detail" shop is litterally an assembly line where they have cars lined up to "buff" and wax etc. I saw a new black M3 come out of there one day that was covered with holograms. The sun was shining and you could see them from across the lot.

I'm sure you have a customer for life now and with word of mouth maybe a few more. :dblthumb2:
