Bodyshop tried to screw me over!!!

That's easy 320 grit on hard block dry cross cut it with the hood off the car then shoot a tinted sealer on it as a barrier coat reinstall and scuff hood hit fenders with 1200 finish prep spray base then blend fenders out and clear all three panels.. if it were here it would be 400 bucks and delivered in 3 hours..

Such an interesting thread. I tried so hard to understand what style was trying to say. Seems like he knows his stuff!! Lol that's how it used to be for me before i knew anything about detailing cars. The next step is to have an idea on how to paint a car properly. I wish i can just walk into a body shop and act like i know what im talking about!
 
I need some hope man, did anybody on this forum ever have a good body shop experience?
 
No offense, but what did you expect for 200$? If you want quality work, you are going to have to pay for it. A poster here quoted you at 400$ and that sounds like a fair price to me.
 
I have purchased from these guy in HI. Maybe they can recommend a good shop.
