Im not a fan personally of tire gel - more of an instant shine (aerosol, non "fake" shine) type of guy. Its faster and gets in all the grooves and lettering. Downfall - doesn't last as long(I mean bottle is used up faster) and I've had a few bottles spray weird this winter cause of leaving it in the truck at night. But, I do stand by it otherwise. I buy a case at a time usually.
 
I can't speak much for the other DP products. But, I got a free bottle of the carpet pre-treatment. I didn't think it did anything spectacular.

I'm like you Anthony...I get most my stuff from a local distributor. Saves on shipping. I use Malco a LOT. I love most their stuff. But, I still order my ass off on Autogeek, haha. :dblthumb2:

DP gel is great IMHO...but I don't like that ghetto look......Its all about what you like personally and thats why there are different products out there......I will say that it is very durable tho! I use a lot of megs HD and comparing the two DP has the edge on durabilty!
 
To the OP, get Menzerna 85rd, you will not be dissapointed. And to others the DP gloss tire gel in a gallon is a great deal on BOGO now. And you can dilute it with water, a review of it diluted showed that its still very effective.

When you say free bottle, was it the standard size or the sample size?

Standard size bottle. I bought an Aztec Hot Rod extractor, and they shipped me one of those bottles too.

I'm not saying it didn't do it's job. I just didn't see any difference between that, and some of the stuff I use. I actually think the stuff I use does a better job. Plus my stuff is concentrated and saves me money! Im the MAN
 
i wonder if the Optimum Metal Polish 8oz. is the new version or the old.
