Pan fried, parmesan crumbed, chicken schnitzel, with a veggie bake containing potato, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, onion and cherry tomatoes in a cheese sauce, with melted cheese on top.

Yeah, I don't do it myself, where I buy it you can have standard crumbed, or parmesan crumbed, I always get the parmesan crumbed.

Went to the Pub for dinner tonight, had Chicken Schnitzel with Chips, Salad, and Aioli sauce and a Pepsi Max to drink. As we left there was an RBT site down the road, they didn't even pull me over, I'm almost disappointed.

They did have Barramundi on the menu, battered or grilled, and apparently it was very nice, but so was the Schniti.

Every year I make corned beef and cabbage around St. Patrick’s day which I’m not a big fan. I am a fan of making Corned beef hash and fried eggs with the left overs.

Made Huaraches (refried bean filled tortillas) tonight. Considering I've never made regular tortillas, these turned out well.
Cooked on the griddle first
Then air fried

Went to a brewery that was doing Pints & Paws, which supports a dog rescue. Israeli food truck there had Arayes, which I had never heard of. It's herb ground lamb stuffed pita. Seemed like it was fried. A little greasy but tasty. I got it with their spicy sauce, schug.

Toasted bagel with avocado, diced serrano pepper, chile lime seasoning, a little avocado hot sauce and a fried egg. Would have expected more heat from an entire serrano but I did remove the center/seeds. I guess I'll leave them next time.
