Well, I was going to post that I gave up all those cured meats, hot dogs, ham, bacon, etc. because of the nitrates, but late yesterday afternoon I went into the supermarket to get something to cook for dinner, and I hadn't had lunch...and I saw a BLT with avocado...so I got that for "lunch". Kind of like how I fell off the wagon on Black Friday and bought a bunch of detail products...none of which I have used yet.

If you can make it to 100 and still have all your facilities that's great
More than likely that won't happen no matter how well you take care of your health
This doesn't mean go out and start smoking cigarettes or not exercising at all, but a little "abuse" shouldn't* kill you
Our bodies can handle slmost anything in moderation I've learned
