Warm it a blow dryer or heat gun and try again. Don't get it too hit though.

I would guess you are at a higher elevation than autogeek. My bottles come like this sometimes also and I just open the lid remove the seal and it'll straighten the bottle out.

Open the bottle remove the seal and squish it, if that doesn't work get a pencil or pen and press the plastic from the inside out. That always works.

Many times I see this related more so to the temperature that anything else. Once the liquid becomes normalized the bottle should return to a more cylindrical shape. Removing the cap while it liquid stabilizes will also help...

I think AG loves you and sent you the special edition one so when you put it in your shelf its "Rima Lick"

The Epic I received a few weeks ago is like that, too. I've tried to let the air out several times to no avail. I was a little disappointed in the product packaging. The Hydro Wash, Amigo & Mistique I have aren't like that at all - they all look like they should. The Amigo, Epic & Mistique all came in the same shipment, so I don't think it's an altitude/atmospheric issue. They were all shipped via ground, too. Bad batch of bottles? Chemical reaction with the contents? Certain products affected by temperature swings?

Difference in temperature.

Mine were slightly squished when I got them last month, they sucked in a little air once the seal was removed.

I suspect it's because it's warm in FL and not here :)

Open them (don't forget the seal under the lid) and let them sit in the house to warm up, they should return back into shape.

Happened on both of my hydro-seal bottle.. nothing to do

It's squished because the bottle got cold on its winter journey to your doorstep, and that lowered the air pressure inside. Stand the sealed bottle upright in a pan of hot tap water. This will soften the plastic and increase air pressure inside. When the bottle pops back to its original shape, open the top to equalize air pressure, and then let it sit in some cold water so the plastic firms up. When the contents are at room temperature you can tighten the top.

If it really bothers you...look on ebay and purchase a bottle that holds the same ounces. I actually did this before, haha. I mean no...I didn't!

hahaha that is so funny :applause:
I actually did buy one on ebay just now

haha. I mean no...I didn't!

Don't forget that we package and ship out of Denver. There is bound to be some pressure differences by the time the bottles reach their final destination. Typically, they pop back out once you open them, but cold air can impact that process. Like Rick said, warm the bottle up a bit before you crack it open.
