Yes, should have a date posted next week, need to be sensitive to the shooting schedule for the new TV show as I'll be traveling a lot during January, February and March.

Do you want to attend a Detailing Class?

Do you want to learn the art of polishing paint to remove swirls, scratches, water spots and even orange peel?

Then send me an e-mail...

If you want to be notified when the next Detailing 101 and 102 classes are scheduled, then please send me an e-mail, (not a Private Message), with the subject

Class Request

to [email protected]

Here are the links to our last two classes with lots of pictures that pretty much tell the story...

Under this heading,

Re: Articles by Mike Phillips

Created a folder in my subscriptions for informative threads a while back.
First time finding this thread, and an excellent link repository it is! Can basically just add this to my folder and feel confident I can find answers.

Re: Articles by Mike Phillips

First time finding this thread, and an excellent link repository it is!

It's my article list. If you look you'll find the link to it in my Signature Line.

The subject for each topic is a blue clickable link to itself, that way I can simply copy and paste the subject into any thread I'm replying to and share an article or two...

It's very handy...

Hi foamgun....

Since this was your first post to our forum,

Welcome to AGO! :welcome:

Also since this is your first post just to let you know in a friendly way, sometimes it's better to start a dedicated thread with a eye catching title than to tag a question onto an existing thread.

It will tend to get more attention faster and the right attention if you have a good title. Here's two articles on this topic.

A tip to help yourself get great answers when you start a thread

How to write a good title for your thread

Now on to your post/questions...

That sounds like a good plan. Applying a synthetic sealant first and then topping it with a durable wax is an approach that a lot of people have been using fir decades with great results.
