Yes I have a gallon and I really like the product. I agree with you on the slickness (which means absolutely nothing other than placebo effect). And the gloss is also very good, no doubt. I am not so sure about the after-curing gloss enhancement, I personally haven't been able to visually see a difference but gloss is so subjective and tough to gauge.
Just because I am being honest about the durability doesn't mean I am hating on the product. It's gone after the first rain or wash just like any other detail spray. And that's backed up by tons of first hand accounts on the internet, not just mine.
So basically it creates slickness and gloss that lasts less than a week - aka - detail spray.
Agreed. Said it since it first launched.
The best use for this product is in place of a detail spray (whatever you decide to classify this as). Sure it’s more on the protection and enhancement end than the effective cleaning end but it will clear dust and fingerprints fine and leave the best gloss and slickness of any other product currently on the market.
They missed the mark with their product positioning on this on, they’re essentially selling a Alpha Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio as an air conditioner that happens to also go pretty fast and look nice.
