CarPro Essence!

Thanks just took a look at that.

Looking forward to the reviews.

Would be nice if this offered some sort of marr resistance. I have a jet black truck that is nearly impossible to keep swirl free.
Use this and then lay down Cquartz.

That's my game plan! Got a whole 50ml sealed box of CQ UK, and I sure ain't gonna put it on the next door old ladies car! LOL

The Tahoe will again "be covered in class"! By the time I get through, the CQuartz Layer will be thicker than the entire paint job! LOL

"Tumbleweeds will be a crying" as they bounce off my truck in utter disgust causing no damage, here in the "Land of the Tumbling Tumbleweeds"! :xyxthumbs:

It should do something, plus you could follow up with CQuartz. If you want to reduce marring, and swirling, that 1-2 punch should be the answer.

I know black, I've owned black. Carpro I believe will make your life a whole lot easier.

But why use this, go straight to a wash, iron x, clay, polish, and Cquartz.

I'm in the desert here, who in their right mind would want a black vehicle? I would, if it was a Mecum auction clean, number correct '67 Vette for $30K! LOL Yeah, I know, keep dreaming!

Yeah..for a C2 try 60 to 80k lol

That added gloss of this stuff is pretty amazing, can't wait to apply Finest over it on another car this weekend! :)

$80,000?
Yeah, that just might get you a NO.s matching
1967 C2...with a 327-300 hp, 4 speed...LOL!!

Bob

I had the 327-350 in White! LOL But a black ragtop, and interior.[

You can get a 74 maybe

The 1974 Vette, like my buddy Tom in Wisconsin would say, would be the last Vette I would ever own, with the ugly bumpers front and rear.

1973 was the last decent looking year, at least it had a chrome bumper in back.

My high school buddy Tom, who I bought my '67 ray from in 1977 died two weeks ago.

He was 61, and his wife said he was 70 lbs. He was attacked-blindsided in his own garage-shop in 2007 by two assailants. Left him for dead, a vicious brutal beating, with brain damage.

Tom owned more vettes than I owned cars, from 55 to 73, 55's, 57's ,58's, nomads, el caminos, Camaros. Chevelles, a chevy man to the bone. And he was capable of doing ground up restos.

The wife has been left with an extensive collection, turds are coming out of the woodwork as I type to buy them. And the dead mint '55 Bel Air he had since high school, my '68 Camaro SS396 I sold him, a '69 Camaro SS Maroon, mint, and a barn full of other mint cars. I figure a $400K collection easily, just sitting.

They didn't call my buddy Tom "Minter" for nothing!

Here's Tom on the left, his wife, and by buddy Randy who I bought the 68 SS396 Camaro from. Randy's dead too, died of Bone Cancer 17 years ago.

Ow. Sorry about your friends.

Just, checked out carpro's site, the $20 for 5 oz is a Sema edition. You can get 32oz for $69. That seems more of a reasonable price per oz.

Just remember that it will have a shelf life. Even though it's cheaper per ounce for a bigger bottle you don't want to waste it. Although you may use it much faster than I with your business lol. :dblthumb2:

I got the 5 oz because that's all I really need for now. If I use it up in a few months I'll get an 8 oz. I used to buy larger sizes of stuff but I found myself not using it all before it expired (ie compounds) and sadly wasting $$

I really love the way that CarPro offers all sorts of sizes to fit everyone. That's so cool.

Waiting for the 500 ml size. $2.50 an ounce is only rich if it doesn't perform as claimed. But one year is a fairly short shelf life and I truly don't know if I'll use even 16 ounces in a year. I still have a bit left of my first gallon of D151 from four years ago and it works and buffs out the same as the first day. Of course, over the last four years I've been using all sorts of polishes, compounds, AIOs, waxes, sealants and coatings. Time to thresh my collection...

Ow. Sorry about your friends.

Yeah, these were fellas I went to high school with when I lived in Wisconsin in the 60's, and 70's.

Some of the pics shown, of my '67 vette, and my friends were taken at Road America, Elkhart Lake Wisconsin. The Pics of the Lemans Blue 68 SS396 Camaro were taken the day I bought that car.

The garage in one pic, where the 68 Camaro sits with a 60 Vette (toms) and a chevele was where Tom was attacked, his attached house and garage was actually an old gas station, complete with Hydraulic Lift, and all the goodies.

You're gonna use the whole 50ml on paint or wheels too?
