Not to be nosey but more curious. Anything in your lease keeping you from getting booted out anytime soon? Point being. After all of the hard work and the love and attention you two put into it I sure as hell hope you can stay in there for the next 30 years. :-) Looks like you're a smart guy though, I'm sure you're protected and having something in place to protect yourself.

Maybe you should go into custom home and business contracting. I don't see work of your quality even going into 3 million dollar remodels in Beverly Hills.

That should be your perfect shop until you need to enlarge the next time.:urtheman:

Those controls are in place, and there is room to expand when that day comes!

Theres nothing like it here either, hopefully maybe me sharing this journey pushes some others to up their shops and help pull our craft from the hobbits car washer perspective many see us as.
