CMA Closing

I placed an order yesterday, and i was wondering the shipping quote , so i decided to call their customer service at this morning. However, no one answer the phone and their voice mail is full. Kind of worry for my order.:)

From what I understand they have already let the majority of their staff go. When the sale started they stated no phone orders would be accepted, so I'm assuming it's just a few guys there doing all the work. I got an email from them yesterday, and they said that all orders would be shipping by 6/30/11. I wouldn't worry too much.

Same here... They charged a different amount with my original order and I would like to know what changed. I never received an e-mail from them stating that they were changing the charge. I know they're closing down and stuff but I would appreciate it if they can let me know what they're changing before they go ahead and do it.

They changed shipping on me too, BUT I got an email from Michael giving me options. What charge did they change on yours?

Hope they won`t charge 150 dollars to ship to Canada. I purchased a Flex 3401 and i am still waiting for the shipping quote. How long did you guys have to wait for their respond?
 
by 6/30/2011? That sucks if the order was 6/24/2011, oh well I'm sure they are doing the best they can. Anyone know if they send out a tracking number?

Yeah it's a bit of a wait, but can you really complain when you are getting 25% off? Not to mention it was part of the message they put up on the site. So if people took the time to read it they would know.
 
Oh no,i just notice that they will not ship international order, i have to request for refund than :(. Will there be an exception for Canadian customer?

6.5" CP flat pads for me!!! All their flat pads have the undercut Velcro, including the Hydro-Tech pads, which I use the most. The Gold flat pad (not Hydro-Tech) does not have the CP foam because it's already soft enough, but man is it good for applying sealants!

Their description:

"Our super-soft, gold, Concours finishing pad is designed for applying the final wax or sealant to create the absolute best shine. This gold foam is forty percent softer than the red glazing/finessing foam listed above (100 pores per inch compared to 60 pores per inch for the red foam). The extra cell count means these gold pads disperse wax and sealants more evenly.

This is also the pad to usefor layering one wax or sealant on top of another or for building up multiplelayers of shine.

NOTE: The Gold Concours Finishing Pad does not have the Constant Pressure, blue foam layer. The gold foam is so soft it is not required."

I sent mine to a warehouse that will hold your packages for you until you show up to collect them. Costs about $6 per package and you have to show ID when you get there. Name of the place is CBI USA. Maybe they have a branch in Seattle?
 
how long does it usually take them to process the order? i still havent been charged any $ and i ordered on mon at 630 am?
