Coating or wax for new car

First, I enjoy waxing a car. That being said, would you use a coating or high quality wax often on black 2016 Infiniti qx70. Any product recommendations? Thanks to all
 
Wolfgang Deep Gloss paint Sealant....if you want more shazam you can add Fusion for a little pick me up/booster.
I use it on my 12 year old black GM paint that way. I imagine the wow factor would be much greater on new paint.

This year it will be Gloss coat for the spring experiment.
 
If you like to wax your car often then a coating is not for you. The purpose of a coating is so you can stop waxing and make washing your vehicle easier. There are some toppers recommended by some coatings, but wax over top of a coating is not recommended
 
I would coat a black car, when it rains itll come fairly clean, win win. Less touching the paint the better.
 
If you coat you're stuck with the result for a couple of years unless you abraid the coating off. You don't sound like a coating candidate.
