The 12 hour time frame is between layers of SG to make sure they cure. This isn't the case since he's using the 845 as the LSP.
AIO is ready to go as soon as you buff it out.
Well I'm not Nate but 12 hrs is the general rule w/ Klasse products, even KAIO. I take it your polishing w/ KAIO was done on paint that didn't need much correction but rather a general clean-up?

I'm sure this has been answered in this post already, but how long do you have to wait to layer 845?

How come if you use the klasse twin after you apply and buff AIO it you don't wait, you apply SG it right away.
But if you apply the #845 you gonna wait 12hrs.
The AIO has little sealant compared to the SG. Layer SG and you have to wait.

Does klasse aio falls to a category of a cleaner?
And even if doea have a bit of sealant, still its a cleaner..
And I think you cannot layer a cleaner, right? and does not requires curing time.
I read a lot of thread saying they performed a paint correction, they used a paint cleaner and right away they put a sealant.

Maybe I missed this in the 28 pages of comments, but does 845 darken/cure/get glossier after 24 hours?
I hit my daughter's 1999 Blue Pear Subaru Outback with 845 this weekend. After I was done, my impression could be best described as, "meh". It didn't look any better than other products I've put on it. The next morning, I looked at the car and my reaction became, "holy cow!" The paint now looks deep, rich, warm, glossy and maybe even slightly darker (which is a good thing IMHO).
I'm hooked.
For the price its unmatched, especially for durability!
