i only have experience with the 845. did it by hand. the results were amazing to say the least. really popped the color and the protection is insane. i had no issues applying it. a thin coat and buffed right off with a mf.
+1, I also apply by it hand.
Apparently, the product does loosen up over time, going from its original soft paste/gel to a thick liquid. I've noticed this happens to my bottle, especially in the higher temperatures of summer.
So what I've done, is after shaking the liquefied 845 thoroughly, I pour it into a small application bottle with a pump sprayer (that I recently broke), that sprays a thicker liquid (like hair products), and spray it on like a spray wax. I use a standard wax applicator pad to spread the wax, getting a nice thin coat. I read this idea a while ago and it works great, especially on vertical panels.
I'm planning to hit up a beauty or restaurant supply store to see if I can find a pump sprayer I can simply attach to the 845 bottle.
