Not sure but try calling in to AG see if they can answer if you dont get quick feedback

2 things:
1). Don't apply too heavily
2). Let it cure 15-20 minutes.
Let me know how that does for you

richy, i let it cure for 10 minutes and it is very hard to remove i ended up using a microfiber towel to take it off.. i used the blue cobra mf towel with rolled edges. this is not fun... the big mf towel is the only way to get it all off. when you applied did you ever have like left over "wetspots" ?? do those dry off or they must be removed??

im getting way to much marring back in the paint.... i dont like this

another thing is, im getting lint form the towels left behind.... if i leave it any longer its going to be almost impossible to take it off... its already at 10 min tough to remove..

It sounds like you are applying it to thick and not letting it cure long enough. Like Ricky and Corey said let cure for 15-20 mins on a panel and try that.

What application method are you using? Make-up pad or Suede MF? The Suede MF are the best for application IME.

ive tried using the suede for application and the cotton for application. im letting it cure now until 10:00 am which will be 15 minutes then wiping it off with a microfiber towel .. if i use the mf towel it leaves lint behind.. i got a better finish with d301 than i am with cquartz.....

isn't this stuff just like OC wrt application?

whisper thin with barely anything to knock down afterwards?

:iagree: 15 Minimum
Leaving on a bit longer won't hurt

Listen to the sage advice.. leave it cure longer before removal. If there's an issue after the recommended cure time, polish it off and start again with a thinner coat (not the favorite strategy, i know)

im letting it sit for 20 minutes now and it is coming out better but i cant seem to get these thing what look like finger smudges of i wipe and wipe and wipe with the suede microfiber towels and it just moves them around lol. is this normal? im wearing a glove so its def. not oil from my fingers. but the longer cure time is working out alot better!

Good to here it's going better. As soon as they let me off the phone I'll call you right back.

:iagree:+ 3). Do NOT try to cure or remove in the sun (CQ will NOT cure properly in the sun)!

I assume you are NOT working in the sun? CQ will NOT cure or wipe off correctly when used in the sun.

Did you use the included foam block to wrap the suede applicator around, prior to applying? You may have imparted finger marks from the uneven pressure of your fingertips on the suede applicator...

If you still have spots I think it's not fully cured or it is a thicker coating in those spots.

These new coatings can take some getting used to but the key is to apply very very thin
