Any tools and supplies that you have neatly organized and put together should be featured (with you in the foreground, if at all) People are naturally amazed at variety, and more importantly, the premium buyer knows that your industry is not "one size fits all." A show of your supplies will give them the confidence that you have the right stuff for their car. I don't know about different spelling, but in the scratch removal, depth is spelled dept (maybe that's right over there) An educated buyer knows that clay bar is a necessity. To not have that included in your top package looks like you want to cut corners or that you're trying to hard to upsell. As so many others have said, I'd let folks know that published prices are hard to guarantee and that until you get working on the car, they are subject to change.
