I needed to get a second coat of WGDGPS on my Ram 2500, so while I was at it I thought I'd try to replicate the cold weather theory mentioned in this thread. Monday after work I washed it. Yesterday after work I gave it a quick wipe down with DP WW (didn't want to add any protection or jeopardize sealant results. Paint is polished (previously) to almost perfection and truck is wearing one coat of WGDGPS). I then applied WGDGPS @5:00pm, the outside temperature was 58F. I removed the WGDSPS @ 6:00pm, the outside temperature was 54F. Here is a temp reading throughout the night from our local weather station: (It's only 9:00 am here and no real sunlight out yet, but so far paint looks great and no signs of hazing. I'll go out and check it again when there is direct sun and post some pictures with an update of my findings).
