I know it sounds crazy, but yes, I detailed a lawn mower. Well, not really detailed, just cleaned it up.
I pay a guy to mow my lawn and I have a teenage boy. I began to realize how incongruous these two facts are. I decided to buy a lawn mower and make, I mean, give the opportunity to, the teenager mow the lawn. My wife found a used electric (yes, we are from the left) mower on Craig’s List. I negotiated a decent price and picked it up. I tried it out and it works great, although I think the blade needs to be sharpened. The seller gave it to me in a very dirty state, yes I know it’s a used lawn mower, what did I expect!
I used the pressure washer (Kratcher) and some Simply Green diluted 10:1. I grabbed an old MF and used DP Cleanse-All Exterior Cleaner. I then used another old MF and Poorboy’s Trim Restorer. After all that, a light spray and wipe off with 303.
Still well worn but clean!
