Discontinued School Concepts????

They sold out as quick as donuts today. NATIONAL DONUT DAY. Our local giant eagle had them buy 6 get the other 6 free.

I am super frustrated with AutoGeek right now!! My order still hadn't shipped as of this afternoon.

I decided to call them and see what the hold up is, since i hadn't heard anything from them.
Turns out that they hadn't shipped my order, minus the discontinued Scholl products, because the Amazing Roll off cleaner was on back order
(the product that I needed, and decided to buy other stuff with it).

No phone calls, no emails, nothing!! It shouldn't take FIVE days to ship an order!!! I can now see why they are hiring a warehouse manager.

All I ever hear is "great customer service", but they must take care of their bigger clients first, and then serve the little guys.
I love this Forum, but I think that AutoGeek won't be the first website I turn to, when it is time to order anymore.

Why exactly should they be inclined to take care of the "bigger guys" before anyone else? That makes absolutely zero sense to me since every customer despite order size and frequency should be treated the same. I'm a realist and understand that you will have regulars that may get some extra bonuses thrown in here and there or a deeper discount sometimes, but why exactly should they specifically queue up specific orders first based upon entity just because they are one of the "bigger guys?"

I get that the Scholl product issue is frustrating, but human error can AND will occur. Warehouse management is a huge issue for many companies including some of the larger players like Amazon and WalMart. Even with massive amount of warehouse automation and inventory systems, guess what? Human intervention is still required... I don't care what PLC's, software, or infrastructure you have, issues will happen. Obviously they recognize some shortcomings and are doing what they can to fix it like hiring additional staff.

Plus these huge sales they had back to back are going to slow down processing of orders. Could they have bitten off more than they could chew? Sure, but they will get it all straightened out in time, learn from these specific issues, and continue to develop to ensure they are ready to accommodate future sales like this.

I ordered Scholl s30, s40, and 3 bottles of the rim7. I got an email saying rim7 had already sold out. Honestly, not a shock to me at all. I kind of expected it. At those prices, you'd have to expect the products to FLY off the shelves. Not sure why some are butt hurt?

one thing to consider as each product is being ordered it's most likely not being depleted from stock (until it's pulled/processed and deducted from inventory) so if they have a bunch of orders being placed, they will be filled as they are numerically received. if you didn't get your product(s) it looks like you were too late and that's not AG's fault. stuff like that happens sometimes, move on...

Got my scholl polishes. The s40 expired a little over a year ago and the S30+ has no label on the back for instructions. No wonder these products were so heavily discounted.

I actually placed two orders . The first was for some scholl pads and some buff and shine pads. After I thought about how good that deal was I ordered some more. The scholl pads on the second order were cancelled. I wasn't surprised they ran out with such a great deal .

Good luck with that. I also requested to have my order cancelled and they said sure no problem. But just got a shipping confirmation a few minutes ago...

I'm sure all will be taken care of but definitely frustrating

Figured I had to give a quick update here. Autogeek ended up refunding me my money even though they had already shipped the rest of my order that I had tried to cancel. So I basically ended up with two free 3" Lake Country pads. So once again Autogeek customer service pulls through. You guys rock! :dblthumb2:
