I own a 06 superduty with the plastic trim on the bed rails. I took care of them here and there but nothing like I should. I tired adams super vrt and it would run after it would rain so I called them and they told to use a microfiber and wipe it off so I tried that and it still ran. so I got on here and found dlux. got some of that cleaned the plastic with mothers back to black trim cleaner. then sprayed the bed rails down with eraser and wiped off. then applied dlux for the first several months the rails looked great but now summer is here in s fla the rails look like I haven't applied anything to them. other places I did at the same time look great still but these parts are on the side of the truck and don't face the sky.
what should I do apply another coat of dlux or clean it off and try something else?
was the bed rails to far gone for dlux to keep looking new for more then 5 months?
I've seen bob make comments about using gatorback trim coating...
