Door Panel Screwed? 2004 Gallardo

Hey all, wondering what we can do for this 2004 Gallardo. The leather is pretty well wrinkled. Unsure on options I have here? I've read that using heat will disintegrate the foam in back of it.

Unfortunately, it will need to be recovered. Not much you can do. A lot of Italian super cars suffer from leather shrinkage and foam degeneration behind the leather.

That looks too far gone. The leather shoe stretcher sprays are like 90% ipa. You're over stretched, but maybe if you wet the leather with 90% ipa and then let it dry or maybe force it dry with hair dryer you may get some shrinkage. The ipa evaporates quickly after wetting the leather fibers. It hasn't cause any issues with my shoes. I always have to stretch my shoes for additional width.
