Dr. Colorchip (before, during and after)

That looks really great. I'm very hesitant to get any of these paint chip fixers because they usually don't blend in well. Dr. Colorchip looks perfect

Yea, me too! I've been debating but after seeing this it's an easy decision. :dblthumb2:

Thanks for the tutorial! :props:

Fantastic pictorial. Was on the fence about giving this system a try. I'm sold.

Great Results, Great Job. I will purchase the product. Another money maker for detailers!I have just been waiting for the last couple months of the year for the tax write off on any product purchaes for business. Thanks for the Excellent Reveiw!

After Rob got done with the process, i was amazed. The areas looked great. Today, I gave the truck a wash and a coat of Natty's Blue, and i found some small rock chips. I will try and touch those up and get some more pictures.

your ride almost looks fake its so good. This is one of the best finishes I've seen in pictures.

Nice pics. I just received a kit from the Doctor too but I had just applied sealant for the winter so I think I'll wait till spring. Perhaps mid winter. Good to see it works so well.

Post some pics of your process!

Excellent work and writeup! Thats incredible! I purchased a kit a month or so ago for my Sky. I gotta order another kit for on of the SL's. Haven't used it yet but on my Sky has a couple chips. The worst are right on the edge of the door panel... Literally on the edge. Looking forward to it.
I will wait for your write up Corey before buying it. Tried Lanka with poor results.

Nice! Is that the SLP catback? :props:

No its a TBM dual valance and I had a muffler shop install some 304SS piping. Its a single in, dual out Magnaflow muffler. Still leaves room for the spare tire in the back too!

Ah, gotcha. Bet that sounds nice! I had a buddy who went with a single in/out Magnaflow on his and we chopped the resonator out; sounded decent. I never did change the exhaust on mine from stock before getting rid of it.

Nice! Why did you get rid of it?

I have Kooks long tube headers and an electric cutout too. Sounds unreal with the cutout open

Everyone seems to be getting great results but me. I too have a black Chevy but it just seems as though the colors don't match. Either I'm doing something wrong or I'm expecting too much.

Nice! Why did you get rid of it?

I needed a full-size truck and instead of keeping the TBSS as a fair-weather cruiser like I originally intended, I decided to just trade it in since I was tired of 11 MPG and $4.50/gal. (at the time) 94-octane fuel.

Oh well.... at least I owned it during the period of time while I was working at one of the worst jobs I've ever had. Having that LS2 plant me firmly in the drivers' seat every day was just about the only thing that let me keep my sanity :righton:
