Drying Towel

The Big Blue is the bomb.

I've also got a double sided Fireball coming my way from a friend overseas. The single sided towel made #2 on Forensic Detailing top 20 list, so I'm expecting this 1 to be twice as nice.

My Big Blue hardly picks up any water, but the GG towel is unbelievable. I bought 2 Big Blues back in Dec and IMO they aren't very good.

No, I use Micro-Restore. I've used them twice and both times they have disappointed. The GG is amazing and I was hoping they would work similar.

Your Big Blue doesn't absorb water?! Send it back to AG. I've got 2 smalls and 1 medium. I can easily dry my mid sized car with only the medium Big Blue and that is with big beads of water.
 
Just got my GG PFM in the mail. Should I wash it before my first use? The package doesn't say.

i find if you have a good coat of wax on there you can sheet 90% of the water off the car

I would buy the large big blue since you have a large pick up for sure!

I wonder what's going on with the couple of you guys who aren't happy at all with your Big Blue, I just don't get it (but I do believe you because you have no reason to lie about it)

Aren't these essentially just big thick Mf towels? Like I have several chinchillas from AG

they prob got a different batch of fabric or maybe its the same fabric but it was treated with something accidentally. or maybe they have hard water?

Good deal for anyone looking to try it.

Big Blue Microfiber Drying Towel, 40 x 28 inches

It's a good towel but not a great towel. It does what it is supposed to do, which is to pick up water. The issue I had with these is how they are a bit cumbersome to use when trying to fold them.
 
I just bought one. At 40 inches long, I'm thinking of cutting in half and having my GF hem the frayed edge.

Seems though as if these are pretty much thicker standard MF towels. Like the chinchilla from AG or Everest from TRC... Right ?
