Hey Guys,
I don't mean to threadjack but, I just picked up some AW yesterday to use as my drying aid along with my Cobra Guzzlers. However, I remember reading somewhere that spray waxes will decrease the effectiveness of waffle weave microfiber drying towels over time. Have any of you experienced this? I suppose I can just use regular microfiber towels, but that will defeat the purpose of me buying the guzzlers.
I haven't used AW yet, but I'm excited to try it. I've used Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry for a few years now as a drying aid, and I liked it. So I'm thinking AW will be even better.
I would love to hear you guys' input though regarding the guzzlers and AW. Thanks!
John
John,
I haven't heard this. It doesn't mean what you've said isn't true but then again I don't use it in the same way. Once the vehicle is washed and rinsed, I dry it with a leaf blower then apply a coat of spray wax then buff.
I'm wondering is anyone else can corroborate John's concern? This is an important note as microfiber towels are expensive....
