Yes & Yes. DG105 is a very durable AIO. . It is a fully synthetic product. I believe it is polymer based. I use it on the rims of both my vehicles.. It is the newest AIO in the Duragloss line and is the most durable.
I apply 601&105 by hand, and wipe off very easy to work with.Is 105 abrasive enough to marr the paint? Can 601 and 105 be applied with a DA? Better applied by hand?
it clearly states on the label of 105, polymer synthetic/wax formula. It is not listed as a sealant and wax, it contains zero wax.
I called Duragloss and talked the tech support. The guy told me that 105 DOES have a very light abrasive. I also asked when used with 601, will 105 have a lot more durablity than 111? He said not really as the polymer make-up is very close with both 105 and 111. He also said the gloss/shine will be very similar between 105 and 111. So, they're pretty much the same with the exception of 105 having some cleaning ability.
Yeah, the tech guy told me 105 has a mild abrasive, you can use it on your car everyday and it will never harm the finish. I knew this, just repeating what he said. :xyxthumbs:Learn something new everyday. Had no idea it had an abrasive. Must be very, very mild.... still love the stuff and use it often when I prep my car for the winter.

Why are you confused? lol

Ahhhh, I should have been more clear, my fault.I am confused because you posted the original question about whether or not their were abrasives. But then you said you already knew the answer to what the DG rep told you on the phone. I must have misunderstood...
