in protest..I am NOT washing my car...or myself for that matter till he comes back!!! Dwayne is what made it a pleasant experience and I ALWAYS had genuine help from him..which is a rarity these days. He will be missed and I wish him the best..as he was the best to me.
 
Dwayne has been missed before...maybe he will be back again!
 
While I didn't know Dwayne personally, it still feels like we're losing a family member. He was an asset to AG and he will be missed. Godspeed Dwayne and thanks for all you've done for us at AGO. :props:

I always think a person should do what makes him happy, and if he has other dreams then follow them. But I was sadden by the fact that such a great guy and asset to ag didn't even receive a farewell post from his "family members Aka ag" which is the reason I posted something as I considered him a friend and at the very least think he deserves a goodbye thread. I wish him the best in whatever god has planned and hope I don't see anymore good people leaving ag!

Note that they have to be very careful what they say and/or disclose, from the standpoint of being an employer. If something happened that Dwayne didn't want anything said, they have to respect that.

This is very true, i just figured a goodbye to a friend thread wouldn't be out of line, but in today's times you can never be to careful that's for sure.
 
I'm sorry to see Dwayne leave........every time I ordered through Dwayne I always got a little something more out of it. I really enjoyed conversing with him about cars and other things. AG is losing a good guy.
 
Is it just me..or...while every person at AG is helpful...Dwayne always made it seem like he was really excited to talk to you..he always made me feel like he had not talked to me in a million years..and wanted to re connect. He never "hurried" to get me off the line..and it was never "BAU" to him (business as usual)..take care Dwayne and hope life is kind.
 
Damn, I will truly miss Dwayne. He's such a great guy that did me a lot of very nice favors at AG. Best of luck to Dwayne. AG is full of quality employees that will pick up where Dwayne left off. :)
 
i placed my 1st order with Dwayne and he was a big help and very patient. Those will be some big shoes to fill. If you read this Dwayne I wish you all the best.

I wouldn't have decided on my FLex if it wasn't for Dwaynes encouragement when my GG broke down and I called AG. Dwayne was ALWAYS so patient and called me back asap when there was any backorder or pertinent information to my order. Now I really wish we had had more time to hang out at the last DF. Hopefully we'll see him again!
 
Dwayne, thank you for all the help you have given me over the years. I will miss you, good luck where ever you go

My first ever 'high end' online detailing purchase was back around 2004 through the other old PAC store "Premium Auto Care' when he was running the Detail City forum which was the first place I stumbled upon searching online after being disapointed with that off the shelf blue Zymol stuff lol.

I bought Four Star UPP / UPC and Auto wash.

I remember speaking to him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful with my inquries.

I agree with all of the above. Dwayne has been most helpful, courteous on and off the phone. Wherever he has gone will benefit from a stand-up guy that he is
