Favorite Spray Wax .... How, Why, Uses ??

ohh ohhh just thought of another one,

How do both of them compare to mother spray wax? and is that a wax or sealant?

I've only tried Mothers QD back in the day, smelled like cinnamon and didn't remember it being bad but its been a long time. All I know is this, DG AW and Meg's D156 are SPECTACULAR products, easy to use, no streaks, finishes easy and look stunning!

Don't forget: Mother's Marine Spray Wax!

and is that a wax or sealant?
I suppose (for me to remain "on topic" with this thread-starter's subject matter):
All of the above Mother's products are good "Spray Waxes"...
whether they would have any actual wax in them, or not.

I'll often allow a detailing-product's: Manufacturers'-descriptions/MSDS'... be my guide.

I am a big fan of duragloss aquawax. Not only is it really good, but it is inexpensive compared to other spray waxes. I use it for maintenance washes after drying. It provides another layer of protection and leaves a nice warm deep finish for a spray wax. I sometimes even top a fresh coat of wax with it just for another layer.

I'd like to use it wish washes but since I do rinseless washes exclusively its just not something I do but I've used AW after doing a rinseless though and yeah, topping AW with something is just fine, I highly recommend it actually, LOL!

Today I tried Poor Boys QD+. It's a QD w/ carnauba. I't seemed like it had a significant amount of actual "wax" (carnauba) in it. Works very well, but not super slick at first, I believe due to the wax.

On that note, I use Armor All's QD spray that also uses carnauba wax. Very thick and leaves a great shine.

I know some people frown on armor all stuff, but their wheel cleaner and detail spray work great.
