What is your experience with using a filler glaze to hide swirls? Best product for this?

Never really found any glazes to be effective in hiding swirls unless they're verryyy light. That's usually not the case.

I've heard Prima Amigo does a pretty good job of hiding swirls!

I really wanna try it to confirm this!

what about cg ez? or something acrylic?

i have used pb black hole, good stuff same with cg ez creme and they both looked similiar in filling, never ever had any problems with bonding att all with either one.i thought the filling on either one was minute to me,blackfire has something that looks ok that fills

other than ex creme, I want to try amigo too or blacklight....if that's a glaze?

Tried many flaws over the years. CG EXtreme EZ Creme the best I've tried so far. As others have said the look is great in terms if amping up the shine. Covers very minor swirls. It's perfect to apply after you polish and before you apply an LSP.

I accidentally sprayed Poorboy's Trim restorer on the door of a swirled out car, all the swirls disappeared as I wiped it off... Until it dried ~10 min later. Very effective, albeit for a very limited time. Not much help, I know.

One thing that did a very good job of hiding swirls was some really old Blue Coral paste in a short glass jar. A small test spot I did (on a terribly swirled out car) looked MUCH better than the untreated section, and continued to for a couple months (with excellent water sheeting as well). That was a while ago. I still have the stuff so I'll have to try it again.

Autoglym Super Resin polish or the trade version Radiant Wax Polish, the new Radiant is alot better than the SRP, dusts alot less.

+1 I have also found that the CG Mirror Finish Glaze works well too. I think I prefer EZ Creme though, it just seems to produce a better shine!
