Just used the same technique as the last one. It was pretty late so didnt want to break out the gas power washer :)

BIG turnaround! Looks much better now, especially the van with the white paint under the hood.

Just to note, i used APC+ (the orange stuff) not regular APC (the green stuff). Didn't want you to try using the green stuff and be like 'wtf its not cutting!' :).

I thought the only difference was that APC+ didn't foam as much as normal APC??

I'm pretty sure the other difference is APC+ is more harsh....I think it goes Megs Degreaser...APC+...then regular APC as far as how harsh the chemical actually is. Could be wrong, but when I bought my first APC+ i was warned by Rick that it may not be the best thing to use on paint for bugs as it is too harsh, and that regular APC is better....in a pinch...I admit i'll give a quick squirt of APC+ on heavily bugged up areas...but VERY diluted...10:1 at least. I bought some of Megs Degreaser that i'll be using on the next engine detail...i'll post some pics of it too.

Thanks for the compliments...I can't believe my little engine details have almost 900 views already lol.

Looks great. Now I have to do mine that I've been putting off.

Awesome job! Hard to find a decently dirty engine bay around here. But I'm sure I'll come around one sometime.

great job i think engine details are so satisfying for grease heads!!
