Hey guys
So for my first time ever polishing i decided to practice on my dads outback. The car has 212000kms and its rarely washed.
Here are some pics ( i only did a bit of the hood since i had little time to spend)
Here a pic of the hood, really dirty as you guy can see
Some swirls
The stuff im experimenting with ( megs 205,wolf swirl remover, orange and white pads and the PC)
Followed Mikes advice and taped a rectangle on the hood.
Some reflection pictures
First pass with wolf swirl remover
Second pass with wolf swirl remover
one pass with Megs 205
and of course the 50/50 shots!!
I know the pics are not the best but they do the job ahah
In order to accomplish these results i followed the instructions in the video ( http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum...2-griot-s-garage-random-orbital-polisher.html )
I only used the wolf and megs so far, there is no wax or sealent on the paint yet.
Im really happy with the result, ill be finishing the hood tonight and planing on doing the whole car this weekend.
