That's not a bad choice either, it's a staple in my arsenal of lubricants, etc. CRC makes a nice spray that can be found at Wallyworld for $3 for 11oz. Great for garage door hinges and rollers too !

IMO:
Not really; especially if a few common
sense Wintery-rules are followed. Here
are a couple:

-Don’t leave the bottle of Reload
setting outside in the cold too long.

-Only apply to surfaces where their
temperature is within Reload’s recom-
mended working range: 40°F-100°F
(Reload isn’t designed to adhere/bond
to iced-up/frosty surfaces.)

Snow blower is shiny and new (had to replace my old one due to gas tank leaking).

Wasn't planning on leaving bottle outside at all. Planned on applying Reload one time and see how it holds up for the season.

Still nice outside -- not even 9:00am and already 38 degrees!
 
I've got a 25 year old Ariens 824 that I picked up used. It runs great, but it looked like an abomination. I painted it with some POR15 I had laying around and once that dried, I rattle canned a few layers of high temp Chevy orange engine paint. Now, its a solid 20 footer! A trailer queen it is not! To me, it was more of a science experiment! Lol. I've had good luck with both CRC silicone spray and WD40. I look at it this way, whatever I do to it can't make it look worse! Still runs and throws snow like a champ though!

Was hoping someone would post this.

I don't wax my snow blower because it's an older, rusty but trusty Arien's, but if I did (and when I have to get a new snow blower) I will be using Collinite 476s.
