I don't mean to call you out Michael, but I have to call a spade a spade. Especially how you've continuously gone out of your way to talk negatively about our company and products on multiple forums and on Facebook recently. From your reviews on our products, it appears that you've given us very high praise. Yet now you claim quite the opposite in this thread? Sounds very hypocritical if you ask me?

From my recollection, any interaction you and I have had up to now has been very positive, so I don't know why you've committed yourself differently like this recently? I remember you having dusting issues with the original HD Polish the 1st (and I think only) time you tried it, but we've listened to yours and others complaints and it actually prompted us to improve it with the new Polish + version. We appreciate everyone's feedback, but don't know how or why this further disconnect keeps happening? I'm deeply sorry for any problems you've experienced, but it’s unfortunate you've taken these issues so heartfelt. If there's something I can do or change to make you feel otherwise or renew your faith in me, our products or our company please don't refrain from letting me know. If not, I’d appreciate it if you would just refrain from concentrating further negative energy towards us. Thank you.
Call me what you want. I never said that all HD Products stink. Do you think that I would recommend products (regardless of manufacturer) that don't perform well? If you do then there is something seriously wrong. I spent a lot of my hard earned money on HD Products as well as on other brands. Some products satisfied me and others have not. Maybe it's my engineering background that takes over and allows my standards to be higher than the average person. But I post my personal experience for other members just so that they are aware. I don't want them to spend their hard earned money and come back saying they are unhappy with a products performance. In the end it's the person's personal choice on whether or not they purchase the product.
You mention my facebook posts. If you look at my posts on detailing for dummies, you will see that I still recommend the products that work well. I have not said don't buy HD.
You posted those links to products that I have reviewed. In saying that I will say this.
3D Towel Kleen is a great product as is HD Wash. I have no problems with those.
The thing that get's me with HD Protect is the fact that the information shared by yourself, Donald Williams on the youtube channel and on the 3D facebook page are not coinciding with one another. It's as if product information is not passed on to other 3D employees. Hearing different claims is a turn off. It appears as though the personnel is not well trained.
As you know I post my reviews on Autogeek as well. To follow up with more information on these two products. I didn't say that these products were bad or good other than they are worth giving a shot. But each thread evolves into it's own living and breathing thing. I sometimes don't follow up on both sites. But my reviews can be found on both sites.

I was very disappointed in 3D Trim Care that I had contacted Ben about whether or not the 100% satisfaction guarantee applied to the product. I didn't hear a peep. This did not give me confidence in 3D customer service. Customer service plays a large role for me personally. With good customer service, I feel that the brand strives to take care of it's supporters.

Review 3D Trim Care Protectant
Don't get me started on 3D eraser. I never wrote a review because it would not have been a good one. It didn't live up to it's claim based on personal use. Do you think I would recommend this product if it didn't do what it claimed? Ah no.
You are correct that I am not a fan of HD Polish due to a horrible user experience I have with the non + version. I always read the claims on how good it is and that there is no dusting. That of course is untrue at least from my personal experience. I gave it a second shot on this Corvette that I am currently correcting. Again it dusted like no tomorrow on a brand new foam finishing pad at low speed on a Rupes polisher on a few panels. Why would I want to use a product that dusts more than the compound I was using? Based on my personal experience I don't recommend the product. Do you think I would purchase the newer version after I was unsatisfied with the previous version of the product based on the bad user experience? My answer would be no regardless if it's a 3D product or not. You may not like it but I posts my personal experience and again it is the forum members decision on whether or not they decide to purchase the product. I am not telling them not to buy the product.
I was not going to post this but this is what I experience with HD Polish. I have no intentions of continuing to use it. I don't want to continue to struggle in cleaning up after using it. I don't have the same experience with other polishes.
Perhaps I will come back to 3D in the future but as I write this, I've said my peace and made my peace with 3D products.
With that said this thread can go back to the topic of HD Adapt being discontinued.
