I don't think we get out cars inspected here unless I've been breaking the law for the past 6 years lol

I wouldn't take a free detail from anybody...well, unless one of you guys wanna step up, lol.
 
kris i got me a 97 hatch thats my little drag car. i have broken plenty of things like axles, blown head gaskets, radiator expanded from high heat , cracked a block, etc... i can never get it to stop leaking oil i have gone over the car 100s of times and so have my mechanics, its a magical oil leak lol. btw, my check engine light turns on when its time to shift :)

I can't complain...cause it was legitimate reason as to why the engine light went off. A cracked manifold is a good reason, ha.

Can't say the same when I had a 2002 Gti. That thing had an engine light that just LOVED to go off. It would go off, and I'd bring it to my mechanic...then the light would shut off, ha. So they'd say "just drive it around, and see if it comes back on". Pain in the ass!

I believe Fl tried to bring back emission inspections in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach on a,get this, volunteer basis! Are you kidding me? Only some bunny hugger hippie would volunteer for something like that. I think the whole program folded for obvious reasons.

That is true. I know it's no showcar...but I do like the car. When I was younger, I was always trying to get something fast, and that looked cool. Having that gave me nothing but issues, ha.

I've grown to really appreciate this little car. It's fantastic on gas, it's quick enough, does ok in the snow with the right tires, it's comfortable, reliable, and other than this recent repair...I've had nothing wrong with it.

It's also completely undercoated. Whoever purchased it brand new, put some money into making sure that happened. It's paid off...the thing has no rust underneath.

I say it's no prize...but that doesn't mean I don't like it! lol

I've been good. Having the busiest winter I've ever had. As well as some apparent car troubles, haha.

How about you? You making a come back or what!?

There's been no dry wash arguments in months. We miss that! lol

LOL - I hate arguing.... its no contest - drywash rules lol! Been good here man...... Im really thinking Feb. is going to be my best month yet lol - weird but true! 60 Semis, RV show, + regular customers! Though I would stop by in Jan. lol

Ha, right on man. I'm glad everything is going good for you. If I had to do 60 semis...I would file bankruptcy, ha. I don't know how you do it!
