Ok, the story goes like this... I took advantage of the price and have had fuzion for only 3 days before i just had to use it on a car... my 1967 mustang detail is waiting one more week for the paint to be ready, so i had to choose my daily driver...

2008 VW R32... The car has been driven every day 25 miles to work, on the highway in rain, snow, sleet, salt, and any other type of mist imaginable. It was prepped with klasse SG, natty's blue and one time it got warm (60 degrees) i had a chance to toss on some nxt 2.0 as a helper coat in october. Fast forward to now, it is mildy swirled, as anyone would expect living in pittsburgh where they use calcium chloride like its going out of style, but i still used some ONR to clean it up. After that, i used some optimum shine enhancer qd, and had the urge to try the fuzion. as you can see in teh photos, it was close to dusk and 38 degrees. i decided to try it anyway, whats the worst that can happen, the car isnt any shinier?

again, the surface is not prepped, and it needs corrected for sure... the application was also at temperatures below what the label says... application was a breeze, the wax worked like butter... if you have used nattys before, fuzion in 38 degrees felt like nattys in the summer... the hood was still pretty warm and i caught a faint glimpse of how it will feel in the summer, and let me tell you, this stuff spreads better than #845 on a 90 degree day...

enjoy!

Yes, I'm out to eat, and the street light test tells me less correction than anticipated is needed, but there are so many things stuck in the paint I might kill a new clay bar...

love the DBP paint my brother! and the hell with all the naysayers about DSG and the MKV R. It rocks. the fuzion is awesome!

no one has commented on my seats and the mud?

but yes, like i said, some clay/correction and sealant and it will be glowing...
What's wrong with your seat and what mud?

yes, although the detail enhancer didnt last too long before i fuzioned it... the cold weather seemed to bother the spray a bit, but it has much potential for warmer weather (so i bought a bottle)

hows the SC stuff?

waiting for spring still have a combo of 601, 105 ,then collinite insulator wax holding up very nicely. did you get the concentrate of the oid or the spray bottle? the concentrate is a fantastic value at $20 for a gallon.

haha i thought so. i saw your post earlier with your r32 and fuzion. my username on there is timthedrummer.

UPDATE:

Pittsburgh has still been nasty. Since my original application, the car has been covered in salt and calcium chloride. Im not even sure if the weather had allowed time for the wax to cure effectively, but i do know that it still looks great. From the application, the car had moisture on it roughly 2 hrs later when i went out to eat. today it was very rainy at work, and as i walked out, the car looked immaculate. this was the first decent rain in a while, and the car was cleaned very well. im overall still very impressed with this stuff just based on a poor application in poor weather with a poor surface to apply it to.

and it beads magnificently

I pulled the trigger on the fuzion today :) i went for the 2 for $100 package. Hoping to get a nice wet look on my white paint. I'm probably going to wait a few weeks until the weather warms up a little more here in ny.

Im not sure how it will look on the white (tough color)

PM me for my killer white combo (candy white vw)

I pulled the trigger on the 2/1 fusion today as well.

Since my car is black, I have high expectations. All of the Zaino will be removed with Dove (sorry Sal) and Wolfy bring on the shine!

Zaino will be used on the other cars....topped by a coat of Fusion.
