"G R E A T" Idea for next contest

I hope that your beet-juice concoction finds its way to the MD DOT.

Geomelt should prove friendlier to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.

I began quivering, and quaking...was this an aberration?
I espied ODOT plow-trucks spraying a beet-juice concoction.
Eureka! I thought...They, no doubt, must of had an epiphany.
No more road salt to contend with?...Cars will stay shiny!
Alas, as I neared their "salt-barns":Twas no sign that said AUCTION!

:)

I Just got home from performing a 2 step
The sun went down on me and I lost my pep
Feet, hands, face were all cold
I almost rather it be summer working on an interior with mold.
Luckily on the way out, "here's an extra $20" I was told!

:buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing:

True story for the day lol

a musical piece set to those Carolina hands performing Fire on the Mountain.

Instead...How about the MTB's: "Heard It In A Love Song"

I ain't never stayed with some waxes long enough, for them to grow mold.
But me 'n Meg's 26 been together so long now, the years are untold.
If I'd ever change my mind, Colly 845 would be just fine.
It's a good time for me to head on over to the AGO store line.
Saw it on their forum site. Saw it on their forum site. That's good as gold!

:D

Hey Bob! I think I got...I think I got it. Will post tomorrow.

One more before I turn in for the night...

Back to work as of tomorrow morning
Just another day, typically boring
Maybe something interesting will happen
Will get all my paper work done and turn the crap in
When the day is done I will head home, to my bed to continue my snoring

My eyes are burning from this bright computer screen
AG forum has once again delayed my nightly routine
"Can you please do the dishes, or take out the trash please?"
"Well hell no baby, I'm writing a lyrical masterpiece."
So another night I will tuck myself in, but I can't say it wasn't foreseen.

B & B you mad skills are alive. As far as Bob, well he is takes it to a different level..that SOB introduced music into the limerick !!!!!!!!!!!!. Me and V-Man are just trying to hold our own. And now Tundra is shinning!

Ok..i got one....but you have to guess who the AG member is?

there is guy with a picture of a devil
its meant to deceive cuz it not level
argil sweaters he got
a fiance I think not
but his life is with AG Good Fella's

enjoy the weekend!

I have some great 5 liners however they're not suitable for Autogeek Online!!

That's not an excuse BobbyG-join the fun

so true, indeed.

Brought tears to my eyes, literally. Huge mtb fan.

I learned all my poetry from Andrew Dice Clay! I don't think that would do me too much good here. :D

Change a few words around, join the fun.

Allegorically speaking only:

"To perplex and befuddle: Is that really a Sin?
Where does it comes from...surely not from within!
Must I await ferryman Charon's boat, to rock me to & fro?
To then be informed of which circle of Hell, in Dante's Inferno
I may have wrongly been destined...to tread, forever therein."

:D

Bob

Might not be a sin, but you're good at it.

An incorporation, to some degree, of Tundra_10's:
01.26.2012 "new word of the day"...Parsimonious.

Tho' some AGO members may seem to be miserly;
But when asked they state: "We're are only acting wisely".
They add: So don't go about throwing us "under the bus",
We have our reasons for being parsimonious:
Just awaitin' AGO's sales, that's when we act lasciviously!

:D

Bob

Keeps me out of the poorhouse.

Don't have a limerick right now still under development.

I usually play scrabble or chess when I wake up (geeky yes lol) - but this is my new mind cranker game ..... thanx guys this is fun.

My day usually starts with a game of scrabble or chess.
Today was an exception, woke up to a diaper explosion - WHAT A MESS!
Worried and scared, what do I do?!?!?!
OH HELL NO, on my finger now rests poo!
Maybe one day this will all go away, life goes on I guess.

I washed my hands before typing this :dblthumb2:

My lyrical version, themed to Fire On The Mountain, by MTB:

After a flawless wetsand, I reach for the 849.

Optimum twisted wool will do the job fine

Hyper compound brings it back to life,

Hyper polish there'll be no strife.

Topping it all of from the Dodo juice line.

Good morning AGO - wishing everyone a safe and productive Saturday.

Once again AGO staff. I don't want to scare ya - But I double dog dare ya.

Good morning B&B -seems like we were on the same page at the same time. Its great to see a Dad interacting with the young'ns. My oldest is 21 and your post brought not only laughter, but fond memories. Gotta go- Saturday awaits.

I like your new avatar...Serenity can be found...Even in the most insane of places!

A limerick-y poesy of V.T.'s Detailing Talents:

Living now in DC, V.T.'s clients may seem aloof.
Must our Representatives always stray from streuth.
But they have now discovered: V.T.'s details are one of a kind.
Why, now even Secret Service men smile (Before V.T., not so inclined)
'Cause now the Prez' limo's paint, is even bullet-proof!

By the way I really enjoyed your rhyme.
Children are the best and can never be replaced
I get a great workout everyday playing tickle and chase.
They also keep me out of a life of misery and crime.

Enjoy your Saturday man!

I change avatars frequently. Several times daily.
I have a large extended family all over the metro area and prior to Clinton's second term I used a ticket to attend a private fundraising in Georgetown. . The S/S allowed us to look inside of the limo as long as our bodily parts did not break the plane of the door jamb. Was really cool.

Man it is bright and sunny here .Just finished 3 simple washes for a retired couple in my sub-division. In and out regulars. Got a few lined up for the first part of next week.

Have a good rest. AS soon as I get offa here and into the shower ,
I'm dropping the top and headed to the National Mall. Ain't dropped the top since before Xmas. The bad thing about living in tourist areas is having to host out of town guests.
It's cool though. The uncle that flew in was a helicopter pilot in Nam,and retired from Fed/Ex flying jumbo transports world wide.

Just got done "cleaning-up" a neighbor's (a couple years my senior) 1995 Caddy...I had to explain to him there were a few places I wasn't comfortable about "buffing out"...He understood.

Which reminded me of an incident...Long time ago:

My first attempt at buffing fresh paint was back in 1962.
I grabbed the rotary and wool pad...I knew just what to do.
Spent quite sometime at buffing, then much to my dismay,
Appeared a bright metal panel...OOPS! the paint had gone away.
Much wisdom I learn'd as the painter's "scream hit me": "Hey Boy, you just cut through"!!

:)
