I can't believe the things some people throw away.

Excellent find and hopefully it will sell.

Obviously has been replaced with some thing much better. Lots of aftermarket kits for the Maro.

The jerry cans are an eye sore. If I wasn't a college student, mine would be gone by now too lol.

You can probably get $150 + shipping. If you want you can place it for sale on a Camaro site that I'm on. We have a classified section. If you want more info, just pm me. It would also be best if you could figure out if it is from a V8 or V6. If you can get me a pic from of the tips I'll be able to tell you. from this pic it looks like a V8. Which will make it worth more because people with a V6 are buying the V8 exhaust to try to make it sound better which IMO makes the car sound like a tractor lol. :props:

Someone obviously updated the entire exhaust system; header, larger pipes etc. I just can't imagine how anyone could just through something like this away.

One mans trash is another mans treasure............:props:

unless he wasn't really throwing that stuff away. haha.

I always keep all my stock parts so I can put them back on when I go to sell the car, then sell the aftermarket parts to make even more money. The guy is a moron for throwing this away...unless like they said it wasn't being thrown away, and it was in fact stolen now...lol

At the very least, there are people that will pay pretty good money for catalytic converters. Most salvage yards have a standard rate, so that's something to look into.

nice, I'm always on the lookout for good stuff but this takes the cake!

Yeah, but that's not the norm...the guy got an aftermarket exhaust, no plans on going back to stock, so he dumped it. He may have been foolish to not try to sell it, but it sounds like it wasn't a huge amount of money, and arguably if you have enough money to dump the entire exhaust on a brand new car, you probably don't need the money from the factory exhaust.
