I have had that same guitar for twenty years! Great guitar!!

I also have a couple of Peavey Tracer IIs. Nothing like so many of the nice guitars others are posting about!

Thanks ! A couple of them have since been downsized but my 2 main basses remain which are the Corvette LTD (more commonly known as the Streamette) and the Fortress Masterman. Love them both. I get pangs of guilt when I sell a bass but sometimes it just has to be done.I think the most I've had at any one time was 13 and that didn't include the upright.

I wouldn't exactly say I play well but I have fun with them.

This is my Gretsch and Fender Acoustic Amp, my bass speakers and amps are in the garage (Gallien Krueger)

We should start an Auto Geek band.

I wonder if Mike Phillips can sing?

:)

I'm guessing Lake Placid Blue in the OP? Beautiful axe!

I've been a working musician for many years longer than I've been a detailer. Some nice parallel ground, though, especially with modern poly finishes. I've detailed more instruments than I have cars!

Here's one of my workhorses - a Mike Lull M5V. This bass has IT.

Here's my Roscoe koa-topped bass, from a recording session late last year:

This is from a really cool show last year in Oakland, with the band Maybe Tuesday. Fun day, big venue...opening for Jeffrey Osborne.

Lots of youtube nonsense, but here's a cool vid from a really great gig last month:

Fun thread!

And, heck, self-promotion...if anyone needs a bass player: Electric Bassist Jerry Burdick - www.lownote.org'

Being a bassist myself , I love your basses mate ! Mike Lulls are great basses & your Koa top Roscoe quicks some ass mate .

I have 2 Uptons!

Which I would never sell, the other one is a Shen

I did have a blonde Engelhardt, which was my first official sale. The new owner dropped it and broke it.

Once I heard this, I never sold a professionally built bass again.

This is my cheap Chinese bass $600 lol

my first bass that I posted the Upton bass, i could buy a lot of Rupes machines with the money if i were to sell it lol

Didn t know you played the upright mate ! These are some serious playing buddy .

I can walk in with my upright bass and play along with anybody...

That's me on The Mad Ramblers link I posted earlier, check it out and tell me what you think.

Hey Garry ! You got a Corvette Warwick in the video right !

The one I'm playing on "The Seeker" is a Streamer standard tha I bought on Ebay. The Corvette LTD / Streamette is a bit of a case queen these days. They only built 75 of em and there are only 74 left as one was destroyed by guitar center hacks.

Hey cool , must have got a good price also .

Did I ever. I nailed the Streamer down for $350 and it was in brand new condition. Sold it to buy a Guild Pilot that I kept for exactly 1month after I found it was a dud when I took it to a gig. One of those times I was over the moon happy that I always bring 2 basses when I gig

I am dying to see your video. No video links on the bus wifi unfortunately. Will check it as soon as I get in.

I was heading home from work. The commuter bus that I take has WIFI but they block anything that has streaming content so no youtube or tunein.
