Although I don't eat bread as just for eating it. Really don't even eat toast unless it's a weekend breakfast or something. Stopped drinking soda pretty much completely almost 2 years ago though, but do drink iced tea all day, every day. (Not much sugar in it though, lots of ice, lots of "melted tea" then re-icing it.)
Do love me some home made oatmeal n butterscotch cookies though!
If chicken ever goes into shortage we'll starve to death around here!

Might get red meat once a week tops.
OTOH, started physical therapy 3 weeks ago now, working on 'core strength', lots and I mean LOTS of pulling in the tummy and doing various leg lifting techniques. Ups and downs with the back are the norm for me, (
more down than up this year) which have put a good 12~14 Lbs that I really don't want (up towards 190~192). Just trying to get to some sort of 'normal' (
if that's possible). :dunno: Did get a 3 mile walk with my favorite Doberman in over the weekend (in under 55 minutes) and a good workout in today. :xyxthumbs:
Conner, how in the world you're 5'9" @ 145 is beyond me. I'm just over 5'10" and weighed more than that at your age and I was skinny.
