Hello Mike/All,
In regards to detailing my daily driver, a 2001 Kia Spectra, with Magenta Red Metallic, yesterday, I did some of the vehicle, but not totally done with it.
The car was of course washed, Clayed with Mothers, and I then used the PC DA with an LC Orange CCS Pad, and Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0.
After doing the Roof, Hood, and Driver's side of the car, all looked very nice, the paint looked very clean, zero swirls.
The Total Swirl Remover 3.0 was very easy to work with, and I simply applied the Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant by hand, with a yellow foam Applicator, waited 40 minutes, then removed with a Pumpkin MF Towel.
The paint looks very nice, like a new car, really sharp, but yet I feel something was still missing? Like the paint could've been taken to an even more insane level of shine, and I'm believing that I have perhaps missed a step.
That that step may have been the WG Final Finishing Glaze, and a softer LC Pad to amp the gloss more before LSP application.
Am I correct to assume I perhaps missed this step, and should consider purchasing the WG Final Finishing Glaze?
Or then gone to a lighter Pad? Or? Thanks Mike/All, Mark
