I normally don't play favorites so I will pick a favorite that I have dealt with over the telephone and a favorite from just reading the forums.

I have had a few issues/problems with products/tools purchased from autogeek.net and Dwayne has given me the best customer service I have ever experienced and has respectfully kept me satisfied with prompt call returns and he has always made sure that my convenience was placed ahead of the needs of the store.

As far as reading the forums, if there is one man who has done the most to help me to improve my skills as a detailier and who has been a professional influence on me it has to be none other than Mike Phillips.

In all reality though, the entire staff at autogeek.net deserves a round of applause.

I cant pick just one. Everyone there is so magnificent. But, if Max is reading...he is my favorite for starting this great company and staffing it so well.

Ok, I can not follow instructions, too many people to thank and say something nice to:

Megan - for everything, all the help with my soon to be project, for everything you do on the web to keep this fun and exciting.

Mike - for all the help and teaching the newbie (me) about this trade. How much fun (and money) has this been, thanks

Matt - heard about my project and just jumps in to volunteer, that is so cool and nice

Penny - dealing with my orders, my discounts and arranging for me to pick up supplies, just awesome, thanks

Max - for being the man and allowing your staff to do all of these things, thanks

Oh yea....I just redid my garage and really need some cool stuff for my walls, so a big please pick me!

Wow, can't pick just one - it would be like asking "Of your children, who is your favorite?"

Have to say (in no particular order): Meghan, Penny, Max and Dwayne (sorry guys, ladies first).

Regards,
GEWB

I pick Mike, I've been friend with Mike for about 6 years now. We have tons in common such as being nuts about big old Detroit iron, big blocks, shining paint, Jesus Christ, etc...

I did meet a few other AG employees at SEMA and everybody I met was a class act.

I want to thank all of AG for all their hard work but most of all I want to thank Meghan. She threw in a FLEX soccer ball in my order some time ago that my 15 month old boy loves! That's him practicing his dribbling skills with it :D

PS - We just bought our first house which has a garage perfect for my on-the-side detailing. An AutoGeek banner would be a great addition!

I don't know who he or she is, but whoever filled in my last order: the warehouse must have been out of the sample I wanted, and they nicely included a huge sample of PB quick detailer and that stuff is great. All that nicely tidy in the box with everything else.
We all known the public "figures" of AG, but the guys and gals working in the back do a great job too, so thank you all!

And BTW, I have a nice wall to suspend that banner from, right above the firewood!

I can't pick out one favorite, thankfully you posted "one of your favorite" employees! I had a blast with everyone at Detail Fest early this year but even more fun at SEMA. Meghan offered a warm welcome and introduced me to everyone, Max was a super host, was easy to talk to and very personable, Bobby and Dwayne put up with me everyday asking random questions and just shooting the breeze, Jason was very entertaining, and Yancy was just one cool guy no matter what. But honestly I'm going to pick Mike Phillips because he is an all around great guy, took time to answer any question I had when he was available, was very personable, but most of all he let me try out his new Flex rotary!

Thanks to all the Autogeek staff, from the warehouse crew all the way up to Max! :props:

Well, hmm, This is no fun singling out someone, everyone I have dealt with has been great. I think Mike and Meghan are givens because we chat with them daily... So just for that.... I have to go with one we don't hear from... Colin! He was great in helping me out one day, so yeah, I will go with him.

Oh and Colin has to live in the photo studio, I kinda feel bad for him.

I would like to thank Mike for all the wonderful how-to videos and posts. They are very detailed and give confidence to newbs like me. I am still receiving $250 worth of products that I ordered from Autogeek during the past 2 weeks to do my first details this weekend.

Can't wait to get started especially knowing that if I get stuck or have questions I can post to the forums for help.

Thanks again Autogeek crew!

Juan

One of my favorite Autogeek employees is Matt.

On several occasions I've contacted Matt asking for recommendations or assistance on a particular product. He's always been quick with a reply clearly answering all my questions and was a pleasure to chat with.

Another time I had a problem with a couple or orders and he took care of the issues in less time that it took for me to write him.

The Autogeek staff I've had direct contact with is; Matt, Meghan, Mike, and Penny...

I'd rate them the very best! :props:

I would like to send out a :props: to Dwayne. He has ALWAYS been spot-on with any and ALL issue's i've had from past order's.

Prop's to ya Dwayne!

love the educational vids that Mike provides. though everyone is incredible at AG!

I would hang it in the garage for sure. Even if the wife would laugh at me for being such a nerd haha.

'But honey... these people ARE celebrities to me!'

I have something nice to say about all of the Autogeek employees I have dealt with and the owner as well. People are what makes a company and Max has a great bunch on his hands. Well, since I have to choose just one I am going to say.... Meghan, thank you for your wonderful and kind attitude, all of your long hours, and all the dedication you put towards Autogeek. It honestly wouldn't be close to the same without you.

To the rest of you forum members I understand that there will be plenty of brown nosing comments coming my way but I meant it. :nomore:

I have some extra tissue if you need some.....you have a brown spot on your nose.....lol...... Just Kidding Corey....You know you are alright by me.

Kinda hard to narrow down to just one Employee......Meghan is such a strong presence, gotta go with Penny, anytime my credit card is over the limit she calls me and tells me, so I can make arrangements to still get the discount.

Penny....Penny

Right now I would have to say Mike

For all his videos , very to the point help and Great sense of Humor !!!!

Thanks AG and all the staff :dblthumb2:
