I cant say one nice thing about just one person that wouldnt be fair. Overall the entire company is great! Greta product selection, great customer service, and fast shipping!

Thank you for putting up with me this year. I know I was annoying at times, but you handled it nicely. Even when it was looking for an order that never existed or dealing with a damaged shipment and I was getting a hold of you seconds after I found it was damaged, you always helped me out. Honestly it is hard to single one person out as everyone at Autogeek seems to go the extra mile for all of us.

Meghan you are relentless in your pursuit to take care of everyone and Mike I can never get over how much time you take to respond to threads in such great detail.

Everyone at Autogeek should truly be proud of the job you are doing as it really stands out from what most companies consider to be acceptable customer service these days.
 
Mine would have to be Mike. He goes above and beyond when answering questions with the most detailed responses. That, and he tries to answer most questions on the forum, directed to him or not. Full time job I tell you. Plus that would look great in my shop :)
 
Few months ago I saw a video on google on how to wash a car. Before I never knew anything about detailing. Little did I know when I stumble onto this site, that that guy in the video was Mike Phillips. Mike Phillips has always found time to answer sometimes our silly questions.

Also would like to thanks the whole team. Everyone of them are as important as the other because they are a team.

This would also look great when I open up a shop.
 
I received my Thanksgiving Day Sale and Cyber Monday packages today. Packer #9 did a wonderful job. #9 has set the standard for all other packers. Pickers #6 and #10 are great too.
 
I've got to shout out to Bobby. He was the first person I ever talked to at Autogeek and he was the first person at Autogeek to take my money via my order.

So here's to Bobby, who robbed my Autogeek virginity. :D

I believe Meghan is the one who helped me with my last order and it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow, so I'm super happy! Im the MANThank you Meghan!
 
I don't have a fitting place for the banner either so don't include me.

I bought a Flex a month or so ago and it arrived sans the polishing pad conditioner and cleaner that was part of the package. I honestly wasn't sure if I was due the products so I sent an email. Penny responded that I was indeed owed the products and a short time later, a box arrived with the overlooked items and a bottle of spray wax for my trouble. That did it. I omitted all the other sites from my favorites list.

I now love the spray wax and will order more when this is used up.

*If this somehow moves you to send something else, I will not complain...
 
My favorite person at Autogeek is the elf - oh, what's her name - Meghan, I think.

That would have to be Dwayne, I mean come on, how much cooler is a guy named Dwayne :D Honestly I had a problem one time and he called me within a minute of my PM to him and solved it without a problem. Things like that go a LONG way with me.

Oh and that banner would look KILLER in the new shop!!!

i love all of the customer service reps. Each one has always been super nice and extremely helpful. They always find the best deals and even throw in a nice extra once and a while.
 
You are all nice at autogeek!!! I'm gonna pick Meghan for getting me hooked on this "habit"... ooops I mean hobby and Nicole for getting it through "customs".
