Giveaway! Lake Country Waffle Pro Foam Pads

I have the 5.5 in. waffle & flat sizes in Yellow, White, Black, Gold, & Red.
They are great pads.

The white waffle has less cut than the hybrid orange according to Eric at Lake Country. However, with the waffle design, these pad should polish very smoothly with the Flex 3401.

The 5.5 7/8th Flat pads. I love their closed cell design, durability and smooth finishing every time :)

I enjoy the LC flat lads myself. I use a 5.5 size pad.

Didn't see the thread closed yet so hopefully I'm not too late.

When I first got my Meguiars G110v2 I was using some Megs 7" soft buff pads. They weren't horrible per say but It definitely took away from the correction ability of the polisher I was using.
It seemed to em that there was just too much pad spinning and it was very easy to stop the pad. As we all know if the pad isn't spinning its not correcting swirls and other defects.

Enter the LC 5.5" Hydro-Tech pads. First impressions were pure amazement. I couldn't have been happier. The thin profile coupled with the smaller diameter made correction so much faster. I actually had to try very hard to stop the pad from spinning using much more pressure than is necessary for correcting paint. I read that the durability isn't the greatest but in my case this doesn't seem to be true. I've done over 6 cars now using those pads and they look as good as the day I bought them.

In fact I liked them so much when I ordered my Flex 3401 form AG I coupled it with the LC HT Cyan,Tangerine, and Crimson pads.

As of right now I think LC has perfected the foam pad, and I couldn't be any happier.

Took some time selecting foam pads. Worried over my first try at polishing my car. The pads and DA made the work fool proof. Would like have the set to try on my very neglected PKup

I would like to try them. I use the LC Black, Blue, and Red the most but the LC Crimson is special.

I use the flat 6.5 pads. I wish i had more. I currently use the cyan, tangerine and crimson.

I am new to detailing and have not tried the lake country pads. Would love to try them on my PC. I have been reading the forum for awhile and was researching what pads to buy as my last ones just didn't work as well as planned. Thanks for the great site.

I've used both the LC CCS and flat and love the flat pads. They give me plenty of working time and don't suck up product.

I have used the LC CCS pads and the Hydro Tech pads. I like the CCS pads better because they seem to be more durable then the HT pads. The CCS pads offer great correction and the little pockets help keep product wet for a longer working time with less dusting. I would love to try out these new waffle pro pads!!!

When I first started using Lake Country pads, I began using the CCS Constant Pressure Pads. They always finished great, but took a little more time than I would like. Since then I've used the Flat Pads and the Hydro Pads and both offer that same great finish, but in less time. My personal preference is not the Hydros, even thought they are a little less durable than my flats, which are now my second choice.

Love the new hybrid pads because they finish down so nicely!

Congratulations to the winners! Please send me a PM with your shipping information. :dblthumb2:

Sweet! PM sent.

Any idea if these 6.5" pads will work with the Porter Cable?

Would you still be able to clean these pads with a pad conditioning brush?

Congrats to the winners!
And, as always, thank you Nick and AG for another cool giveaway.
