I am about to make an order from AG.

I need some glass cleaner.

I am looking for something that is safe to use in the interior of the car and will not mess up any of the interior materials if I do get some overspray everywhere .

Can you guys give me some recommendations ? I am looking at the DP brand, and the Diamondite, as well as the 3m glass cleaner.

what do you guys think is the best way to go ?

I've used DP. Need a lot of buffing to remove streaks. Stoner's Invisible Glass does a reasonable job and is relatively cheap

Meguiar's Class works very well.

When used with a clean Microfiber towel it cleans leaving a streak-free shine on any glass surface.

This is concentrated and 1 gallon makes 10 gallons of cleaner, talk about cost effective! :props:

Meguiar’s Glass Cleaner Concentrate, 1 Gallon, dilutes to make an excellent auto glass cleaner. Meguiars Concentrated Car Glass Cleaner is great for

I've used Invisible Glass for a while and was generally pleased. After seeing a lot of pros using Sprayway I gave it a try and prefer it. Cheaper, streak-free and available all over the place.

If I was using a LOT of window cleaner I'd definitely go with the Meguiar's Detailer Line concentrate.

I use either Sprayway (four pack at Sam's Club=very inexpensive purchase) or Invisible Glass. Note: One way I avoid overspray is to spray the glass cleaner directly to my microfiber cloth then wipe the glass. Also, to avoid streaking: After wiping the glass with the damp, not wet, microfiber towel I follow up with a buff with folded newspaper. A good way to see if there is any streaking, try wiping the outside of the glass in one direction (say vertically) and the inside of glass surface another (say horizontally).

[The most inexpensive product I've found to use: 1:2 white vinegar and water.]

I'm glad to see that someone still uses the good old newspaper to clean windows.

I love the Griot's glass cleaner and haven't had any problem with interior. I usually spray my ww towel instead of directly on the glass. Then wipe with another dry ww towel.

I've tried several glass cleaners out there.I then tried "DP Krystal Vision" and NEVER looked for another.

White vinegar 1:1 cleans really well and streak free, but the odor can deter some customers. Also a big fan of Stoners with rain repelant for the exterior windows.

Thanks guys,

Had I seen all the DP recommendations in the thread I would have added a sample to my order.

I am very interested in the Meg's glass cleaner , but the gallon is too much for me at the moment, especially before I get a chance to test it.

I decided to buy a bottle of the 3M glass cleaner. I have been hearing great reviews from overseas. I like the face that it is a foam that will stick to the interior window's. Its also tint and plastic safe.

I use the stoners and love it. Want to try DP Krystal Vision but a little too expensive. Most important IMO is to use a clean MF for your last wipe to get that film off the window. Do this after all windows are done. Good luck.

I'm still a Stoners invisible glass fan. I use it all the time. I've tried the DP glass cleaner and I liked it as well, but the invisible glass is cheap and can be picked up at my local walmart or autozone.

When it goes on BOGO, it becomes very competitive with almost every glass cleaner out there. :props:

I found it tucked away at my local grocery store with the smattering of car stuff they have there... cheaper than I've ever seen it anywhere else.

I was a confermied SIG user until I tried Sprayway. Took me a lot less time chasing down streaks and corners. Now I'm actually finished when I'm finished.
