Hi guys,

I would like to know which product I should use to remove the "glue" that was holding the weights on my rims?

I tried with the brushes and the DP wheel cleaner but it will not go away...

I thought that a couple of washes would make it go away (at least a bit) but not really...

I have aluminium wheels. I also tried the Meguiars Aluminium wheel cleaner, has not worked...

I thought that maybe Sonax Full Effect? Thank you.

Goo Gone and Tarminator and old plastic credit card. Time consuming, but it works.

Goo gone with a little heat from a hot air gun (not too much) or a hair dryer and a plastic scraper.

I have also used Goo Gone and a little heat from heat gun, again not too hot, just enough to soften. Use a plastic scrapper to get the bulk of it off with the heat gun and just work the scrapper with the Goo Gone, time consuming, but it works.
Hope this helps.

Plastic razorblade and some 3M Adhesive Remover. Makes a tedious task pretty quick and easy.
