I have been using Collinite 845 and I like what it does with my metallic paint. I have been wanting to try a new LSP lately now that summer is on its way around.

I have been looking at Max Wax, Fuzion, and SSII, are there other LSPs I should look at that will make my metallic paint pop?

On my black metallic, pinnacle Souveran has been unbeatable. BFMS also looks fantastic and is a little more durable but finish is a tad different.

What type of LSP are you looking for:
Wax, Sealant, or Coating?

IMHO:
Collinite #845 will also work famously during the warmer months. Why change-up, if you like what it does?

I have no real reason to change, I just want to try something new.

I am looking for a wax or sealant. I don't feel like messing with a coating
What finishing-polishes do you use?

Staying within the Brand's family is conducive to easier transitions between processes/applications---Synergy, et al.

Have you tried Collinite 915? It's durable and always looks great. Sticking with wax, PB Natty's Blue is popular on dark paint and just blew away Meg's and Mothers waxes on my dark blue Jettta, and cost just a bit more. The 915 may be more durable.

If you paint is in good shape, Wolfgang DPS will let all the beauty of the flake show.

I've been happy with Pinnacle Signature Series II for my black metallic car. Easy on, easy off.

As stated by a well known and respected poster here on AG...Beauty is the eye of the beholder...

Stay with the 845...... it's as close to perfect as you're likely to find.... and anything else you'd want to try will cost waaay more and you may or may not notice a difference......
When I use up all my other "stuff", I'm going 845!!!

I bought Souveran Paste and put it on my Jeep a few weeks ago. It can't hold a candle to Collinite as far a beading and longevity. It looked good but I have to go back to the old stand by that I've used for 35 years. 845,915. 476s. Collinite rules.

The Collinite 845 is all you need IMO.
What I do after applying the 845 is to apply a light coat of Nuba but not the ones that cost a $100.00.
Meguiar's GoldClass Wax looks good on top of the Collinite but as one said you my not see a big difference but it puts your mind to rest as this is the best you can get, well in my case anyway.

THERE IS NO OTHER WAX THAT WILL LAST AS LONG AS THE COLLINITE.

I agree collinite is the best, but i use the 915 instead of 845 on dark paint. Gives a longer and darker protection

Seeing as the op was looking for something to showcase the metallic paint, longevity was not brought up. So, you yourself said Souveran paste looked good. Its a showcar wax, not intended for longevity.

Souveran paste is my suggestion. I've been using it on my metallic mustang and the look is amazing. I do not mind having to apply it every month. Easy on, easy off.
