So the time has finally arrived. My 06 GTO is getting dropped off later today and starting Monday morning will be under the knife getting the following mods. Let's see who can guess!

Current setup.

6.0 ls2 stock bottom end
Stock 243 head with dual valve springs and titanium retainers
Chromoly pushrods
Ls7 lifters
231/242 camshaft
Kook headers and cattless mids
Magnaflow exhaust
Lingenfelter intake
Stock ported TB

Current power through my 6speed

415 rwhp.


Mods getting added

D1SC procharger
Pretty sure a 4in pulley. 8-10lbs. Possibly 11-12lb
Front mount intercooler
Alky Control dual nozzle methanol injection kit
Custom piping
Some other misc items.

I am thinking I should be 600-625rwhp

Let's here the guesses!!!
 
Are we going Price is Right rules? You stole my knee-jerk guess of about 600, so I'll bump slightly to 630 whp.

Should be a riot!
 
I'm going to be conservative and say 570 with the lower boost. 620 with more boost.

I have seen stock bottom ls2s making 700+ but your flirting with disaster then.

Yeah I think your close.
I know a guy local to me with a similar setup. He made 598. Unsure of the boost though.
 
Dyno tuned? Lots to be unlocked in the LS platform with the right tune.

I am guessing about 650 - 675 RWHP. I know I am a little optimistic about this, however, your previous mods IMO will "Wake-up" with these additions. It was a beast before but my guess it's going to be an 800 pound gorilla. It would be less if you did not do the previous mods....but do tell when done.

I like the way you think! But this will be on a Mustang Dyno not a dynojet. So numbers are going to be tad lower. I just dropped it off and he said he will mess with it until he is satisfied.
