Ok guys I have a question regarding agressiveness of both pads and products.
I found guides rating agressiveness of various compounds, that is great and I think it will be very useful. What I would like to know is where do pads fit in all that?
In other words, what effect would changing pad have on the agressiveness of a product.
Let me give an exemple so you can try to figure out an answer
Say I use Meguiar's #83 Cleaner/Polish which has an aggressiveness factor of 6 on my chart (1 being non-agressive and 10 being super agressive). Also say that Meguiar #105 has an agressiveness of 9 on the same chart.
Now. How would that rating change if I use:
A MF finishing pad (I know I should not use that but it's just to understand the effects of the pad)
A CCS finishing pad (red)
A MF polishing pad
A CCS polishing pad (white)
A MF cutting pad
A CCS cutting pad (orange)
A CCS heavy cutting pad (yellow)
